Floods and floods in South Sudan affected more than 700,000 people

Floods in South Sudan have affected more than 700,000 people, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees said on Tuesday, blaming climate change for the worst floods in the African country in nearly 60 years.

The floods mainly affected 4 states, noting that they were in some of the worst areas since 1962, with people’s ability to adopt after 3 years of successive torrents and floods.
