Vandana Purohit – A journey from a teacher to a full-time writer

Hi, I am Vandana purohit. I was born and brought up in Udaipur, Rajasthan. I completed my M.Com. As well as my B.Ed. And RSCIT degrees. Before becoming a full-time writer, I was a teacher. 

I have a normal childhood. I am truly blessed to be the daughter of a wonderful Indian family. 

As a teacher, I genuinely believe lifelong learning takes place in schools. Being a teacher is an integral part of our nation’s social, cultural, and economic health. Teaching is one of the most rewarding careers.

For as long as I can remember, I was always writing. I was always fascinated by writing, especially poems. It is beautiful how a person can condense intense emotions into easily digestible lines. 

By the grace of the almighty, I had a good childhood and a happily married life. However, life is not always a smoothing sail, and the same applies to me. 

I always got praised for my teaching. The same never apply to my writing. People were always there to put me down. It was like the moment I decided to do something out of the box, people were there to shoot me down. It had happened numerous times, and enough is enough. 

One day I started sharing my writing with the world of the internet, and the praise was overwhelming at once, considering the hate I reived for my passion for writing. 

Eventually, I was accepted by talent, and now I am a co-author of 14 anthologies and compiled three books named Garden Of Thoughts, Everything Started As Nothing, and Unfold memories.

For me,

“Writing is an expression of love.”

Since childhood, I have wanted to be a writer, and my wish to publish a book is coming true with dream publishers. My first solo book is related to love and the ci=omplexicites of the same. It consists of my thoughts on various aspects of poetry, quotes, and story. I love to write raw and pure feelings that my heart feels, and in this book, I try to maintain that algorithm, Hoping you will like it and can feel every emotion.
