In an interview with Nick Cannon’s We Playin’ Spades podcast, 44-year-old Tiffany Haddish disclosed an unexpected source of income. During her hard times, Haddish acknowledged that she had pretended to be an online salesperson for Halle Berry’s underwear.
Cannon, 43, made a joke about the stakes for the next round while Tiffany Haddish and her teammate Dionne were playing Spades against comedian Courtney Bee. Cannon said, “If we win, you all gotta leave your drawers on the clothing line.” “I will mail them in like I used to back in the day when I was struggling for money,” Tiffany Haddish replied, giving a direct admission in response. I used to be a pant seller.”
Speaking further about her unorthodox approach, the Girls Trip actress said, “I would say my name was Rosalinda and I was a housekeeper for Halle Berry and I have some of her dirty panties if anybody wants to buy some.” “And I would make $300,” she went on, explaining that this plan was executed “literally on Craigslist.”

It is not the first time Haddish has brought up the renowned actress Halle Berry, 57. Tiffany Haddish revealed in a 2017 interview with Vanity Fair that she had been compared to Berry’s drug-addicted character in the 1995 movie Losing Isaiah. “When I was young, people used to be like ‘You look just like Halle Berry—out of Losing Isaiah,” Haddish said.

When Hart learned about her housing predicament while they were working together in a sketch comedy show called Comedy Playground, he gave her a $300 loan to get a hotel room. He also suggested that she put her goals in writing and begin working toward them. Tiffany Haddish took his advice and created her list; the very next day, she received an apartment offer.
Haddish described the apartment as “the raggedest apartment you could ever imagine,” adding that “there are roaches everywhere, cigarette stains in the carpet, the walls are all yellow from whatever, which was caused by the previous tenant’s heavy smoking.” Tiffany Haddish was relieved to have somewhere to stay, even in such a terrible state. It was merely repulsive. The refrigerator was damaged, and there were roaches all over the stove. Everything was awful. “It is $550 a month,” the guy said, and I thought, “That is perfect!” “I will take it,” she remembered.
Tiffany Haddish said that she is still the owner of the exact apartment in an April episode of SiriusXM’s This Life of Mine with James Corden. “That place is still mine. I possess it still. She said to Corden, “I had to fix it myself, but I got it.”
