Tina is a licensed psychotherapist and author who has worked extensively in marriage and family therapy. She endorses balance as the key to treating the whole person, “I don’t believe in inside work only – I am more of a wholistic therapist- I believe in nutrition, exercise, going out, dressing up …all of it”
After a rough battle with depression, Tina decided to take the struggle and transform it into motivation. This experience was a catalyst, helping her rediscover herself and her life. Since she has struggled with depression, she encourages her audience to focus on positivity and implement healthy measures in their own lives that focus on the whole being, from mental, to emotional, to physical, and more.
In addition to promoting positive psychotherapy, she also represents all areas of life through her brand and platform, including lifestyle, entertainment, design, and fashion. Her book titled #Obsession; Freeing Yourself from Social Media Addiction focuses on leveraging social media for the good, “It’s about how to use social media to your advantage rather than get abused by it.”
Tina Sadri provides content geared toward healthy and balanced lifestyles on various platforms. She says, “My main motivation is to show and teach others how to live their best life and to spread awareness around the mental health stigma.” Tina is currently working on her second book and the launch of her own line of sunglasses. “Live your best life” is her motto, and she continues to encourage her followers to do the same.
