Eric Small is the founder of Confused Muscles – a training and health-conscious company created by celebrity fitness specialists and American Ninja Warrior contestant, Eric Small. Living in Central California, Eric always had a love for sports and fitness with a semi-pro football background and active involvement in Calisthenics competitions. This passion slowly turned into a greater purpose of sharing his knowledge with clients looking to improve their health and reach fitness goals along with putting their minds in better directions allowing them to handle stressful situations with positive reactions.

This new purpose would bring him to North Hollywood where he would eventually reach his goal of becoming a celebrity trainer. Achieving continuous success in a competitive industry with over 15 years of experience, Eric has helped many celebrity clients. Years of working with clients in the entertainment industry have made Eric the go-to for very specific goal-oriented fitness programs for certain jobs or roles. Eric uses his knowledge of nutrition and calisthenics to create the ultimate fitness experience for his clients which birthed the nickname Confused Muscles. What started as a unique specially tailored fitness program quickly evolved into a lifestyle brand as Eric managed to garner a following of over 70,000 followers globally on Instagram and thousands more on other social platforms. There is no stopping him now. His current footprint in this space is truly the beginning of much more to come.

Eric L. Small practices what he preaches and has overcome many life obstacles to get to where he is now.
