Marko Danial’s Tips For Building A Social Media Brand

Marko Danial, known as Pharaoic to those who follow him, is a huge sports lover. When he found out about Instagram niche pages, he knew that he had to get involved. Once he started creating videos, Marko Danial’s content started to go viral, and Pharaoic was created. Stemming from his Egyptian heritage, he instantly coined the name, which carries a unique reference to his heritage. Pharaoic has organically grown millions of online fans and was available to share some of his strategies.

Q: What led you to start building online pages?

“Ever since my curiosity led me to build a sports account on Instagram, I have been fascinated with social media. I created the account entirely for fun, hoping to learn more about sports, but yet I grew so much in such little time. From that moment on, I knew that I wanted to continue doing social media and build my company Spzrts. One of my recent achievements was hitting 1,000,000 followers on my Techineer Instagram account. As a current engineering student, I hope to continue using my platform to inspire others while growing and building my businesses!”

Q: Why is it essential to have a personal brand?

“A personal brand helps you achieve many of your business goals. Whether you are a small business owner, a PR firm, or an online marketing company, establishing a personal brand alongside building your company’s brand is what sets you apart. Be creative in your own way. Be willing to take risks. Be open to talking with others. I think people are just sometimes too afraid to reach out to others because they believe they’ll get rejected.”

Q: What are your tips for building a brand on social media?

“Your brand should represent who you are and what you do. Having a personal brand gives you and your business value; it also provides a reason for others to connect with you. Before building your brand, you need a target audience and a theme. A multitude of large corporations have built successful personalities through social media. When companies choose to respond to comments and have conversations with their customers, it creates a personality for the brand. Reminding your customers that the company is run by people is one of the most important factors in public relations. A great example of an entrepreneur who has built an impressive personal brand is Gary Vaynerchuk. Being one of the most successful marketers, Vaynerchuk has grown quite a following through his social media. Having that good reputation makes you stand out from others. Vaynerchuk has been able to provide valuable information to his audience through his daily content. He gives a reason as to why people should be following him. That’s personal branding.”

Outside of social media, Marko Danial enjoys watching basketball and studying engineering. As he continues to thrive on social media, he hopes to be an inspiration to all young content creators. If you’d like to contact him, Pharaoic is available on Instagram and LinkedIn.
