Achiever Somnath Chattopadhyay honoured with Best teacher award of 2022

Being diligent and hard working makes a great quality for a teacher and Somnath Chattopadhyay, The India Pride awardee is a prime example of that. 

He is highly visionary and exemplary figure in his field and that is the very reason, he is being honoured with Best Teacher award of 2022. The award is conferred by India Pride Award in recognition of his contributions to teacher’s community and his services to its growth. 

Having a vast ten years experience as associate professor and adding to that, four years as vice principal in esteemed organizations, Somnath Chattopadhyay is an expert in his field. He has completed M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA (Inter), CS (Inter) and M.Phil in Management respectively. He has expertise in various departments like cost accounts, taxation, management accounting, business economics and foreign trade. He’s also certified trainer from NCFM and have expertise in mutual funds and foreign exchange market by NSE. 

Somnath has received several awards in recent years along with this new feather in his cap. He was felicitated with best teacher award by CRPF Chandigarh wing in 2011. He also got certified by NSE as advance level of derivative and equity market. These are just a few among many. 

Somnath says ‘No achievement is greater than the smile on his student’s faces he can bring by spreading the beacon of light of knowledge among them’. This is what makes him special and these qualities makes him a deserving awardee nonetheless. 

He is surely a pathbreaker and trailblazer in today’s education industry. Hopefully we get to see him grow more and more over the coming years.
