Farhan Akhtar get the 12 Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival 2022 Award, Raujesh Kumar Jain, present as a chief guest gave the award.

12 Dada saheb Phalke film festival 2022 held on 30 April 2022, at Elixir Business park, Noida. Film festival Director Mr. Rambhul Singh organized this event. He said that this event is to promote the independent filmmakers, who work hard.

More than 700 films were nominated for this event and more than 100 Directors, cast, and crew were present. At this event, Mr. Raujesh Kumar Jain, a famous Film Producer, actor, and entrepreneur was present as a chief guest and he gave the award to the best filmmakers he said he would promote the independent filmmakers, he met many directors and story writers for his future venture. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jain produced the Hindi feature film “Blue Mountains”, which won the golden elephant award from Govt. of India in the best children’s film category and also got more than 6 awards for this film. As per Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jain, this film festival gives lots of opportunities to the independent filmmakers.

Farhan Akhtar after winning the award for his film TUFAN, thanks to the jury of the film festival and his Director Rakesh Mehra, co-actor Paresh Rawal, and the entire cast and crew, the best thing about this film that speaks about love, being more important than any feeling that divides people from one another.

Best Feature Film: Jai Bhim

Best Actor: Farhan Akhtar

Best Short Film: Belosa (Marathi)

Best Documentary: The Saviour- Brig Pritam Singh.

The film Namastey Ji, The tails of boo boo and cuddly poo, Bhojan, Nip in the bud, Treasure, and the animated film Shri Sai like films nominated for the 12 dada saheb Phalke award 2022.
