Before starting his venture in India, Onkar Samarth accumulated first-hand knowledge by working in multiple diners in London. Onkar has also had professional training and pursued culinary courses from a prestigious college in London, United Kingdom. Onkar is skilled in fine dining, hospitality management, modern European cuisine, menu planning, food styling, immersive food experience, and a lot more. He has worked in ITC Maratha and SK Restaurants as well.

Chef Onkar Samarth owns Bombay Coffeehouse in Mumbai with an exquisite menu. The culture of coffee houses has been on the rise since the 90s. Onkar seized this opportunity and opened a coffee house with an elaborate menu. The idea behind creating the menu for The Bombay Coffee House was to cater for dishes that can be consumed every day by all age groups – ranging from teenagers, youth, business class and adults. Samarth aspires to craft food that makes people smile and feel fulfilled. Customer feedback, whether it is positive or negative, holds a great deal of importance for Samarth.

It brings you an elaborate five-course meal and takes you on an immersive unique experience. The menu is conceptualised by the exceptionally experienced Chef Onkar Samarth.
