SolarGenix.AI: Putting the “Art” in Artificial Intelligence for the Solar Industry

1 Mins read

In 2024, amid an industry buzzing with promises of AI-driven solutions, one Los Angeles startup has set out to prove that true innovation requires both intelligence and artistry. SolarGenix.AI, founded by NABCEP-certified solar professional Areg Aghayants, is reshaping the way solar sales and operations function.

With more than a decade in the solar and battery storage sector, Aghayants recognized the inefficiencies plaguing the industry. “Every potential client we spoke with unanimously says the same thing,” he explains. “The industry is in need of a simple, easy-to-use system that covers all aspects of a typical solar and battery installation company.”

That vision became SolarGenix.AI—an end-to-end, AI-powered platform designed to cut the time from lead to proposal from hours to minutes. By eliminating manual bottlenecks, SolarGenix enables solar companies to scale faster, close deals more efficiently, and spend less time buried in paperwork.

What sets SolarGenix apart is its proprietary technology, developed in-house by a team of elite engineers assembled by Aghayants. The company’s guiding principle is straightforward: Make Solar Simple. “Lots of companies claim to have artificial intelligence softwares,” Aghayants says. “What they have is just artificial—it’s not intelligent. Not only SolarGenix has proprietary AI technology, we are also putting the Art in Artificial Intelligence.”

This fusion of technology and design is central to the company’s identity. Even its name—SolarGenix—derives from “genius,” a nod to both innovation and intelligence. Aghayants sees SolarGenix as not just a tool, but as a platform that embodies creativity and precision in equal measure.

The company, already valued at an estimated $10 million pre-revenue, is targeting a bold five-year goal: to build a fully operational AI backend capable of scaling any solar business to millions—fast. This includes integrating marketing, sales, operations, and even installation management into a single seamless app. For an industry that has long struggled with fragmented tools and manual inefficiencies, this kind of platform could be transformative.

Aghayants is confident in the path ahead. “There is nothing impossible to him who will try,” he reminds. With experience, determination, and vision, SolarGenix.AI is not just keeping up with the future of solar—it is helping define it.
