Fitness International Federation (FIF) held Body Building, Men’s Physique Championship and Raw Bench Press Competition on 2 January at Basant Palace, Nurmahal, Jalandhar. The competition was organized under the supervision of SG Nutrition and Be Strong Fitness Club situated in Nurmahal, Jalandhar.

The Body Building show and competition conducted under the name of the internationally acclaimed ‘Fitness International Federation’ received hundreds of entries from bodybuilders across Punjab. The competition was organized to spread awareness about bodybuilding as a career option and appreciate the efforts bodybuilders are putting on themselves to finely build the physique. Bodybuilders have faced many hassles since the Covid-19 outbreak in the country. The lockdown has broken the confidence and finances of those involved in the bodybuilding profession.

As the Covid cases receded throughout the country, Fitness International Federation (FIF) took the responsibility on its shoulders to reinvigorate the lost hope and enthusiasm into the bodybuilding professionals. The Fitness International Federation organizes bodybuilding shows and competitions at various places in Punjab and around the state to meet its resolution.

The recently organized bodybuilding show and competition on 2 January 2022 was judged and mentored by the top bodybuilders of India, which included Fitness International Federation Chief Harminder Dulowal, senior judge Arun Kumar and additional senior judge Rajdeep Singh. The competition was held for three titles, which included Mr. Punjab and Mr. Jalandhar.

The cumulative price money awarded for the titles was eleven thousand rupees along with trophies and certificates. On the other hand, the runner-ups and participants of the show were also awarded the certificate of appreciation.

Jeet Shergill hailing from Jalandhar, Punjab, bagged trophies for both titles, Mr. Punjab and Mr. Jalandhar, along with Rs 11,000 prize money and certificate. Jeet mesmerized the audience and the judges, too, with his finely carved physique.

Under the leadership of Harminder Dulowal, Fitness International Federation keeps organizing state-level bodybuilding competitions. Harminder Dulowal is a renowned bodybuilder who has won Mr. Asia and innumerable more titles and awards. He exemplifies that fine-tuned physique can be attained even following the vegan diet. He suggests that aspiring bodybuilders stay away from heavy-to-digest food supplements that are harmful to the human body in the long term.

The Fitness International Federation aims to provide a dedicated and supportive environment for those who want or need to develop their potential for the benefit of themselves and others. They provide support for all levels of competitors, from the beginner to the right up to the top international bodybuilders. At regional and national competitions, we aim to give competitors equal training and mentorship, regardless of their gender, says FIF chief Harminder Dulowal.
