On the fourth anniversary of the Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Center on Friday, the Health Department organized a block-level health fair at CHC, Barsar. 736 people got their health check-ups done. In the health camp, people got multispecialty medical facilities including X-ray, Ultrasound, ECG, Free medicines, Health ID card, Ayushman Bharat card, Diabetes, Hypertension, Cataract, Tele-consultation, and Oral cancer. On the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, the Block Level Health Fair was inaugurated by BJP District President and former MLA Baldev Sharma to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.

He said that strong health service and a strong nation are the slogan and resolutions of our popular Prime Minister Narendra Modi. By organizing the health fair, people were made aware to prevent serious diseases. Doctors examined people as well as to prevent diseases. Tell the ways Baldev Sharma appreciated the organization of such health fairs at the departmental level and said that by holding such events in rural areas, the common man is getting more benefits. Under the medical service at the health fair, free treatment of general medicine, maternal health, child health, ear and nose, dental examination, skin examination, malaria, leprosy, tuberculosis, etc., and blood were donated by blood donors. At the same time, arrangements have been made for the vaccination of infants, pregnant women, and Kovid under the vaccination in the health fair.

At the same time, in the counter of the health fair, the work of counseling the people according to their needs regarding the ill effects of family planning, nutrition, AIDS, cancer, and tobacco use was also done.
