On the fourth anniversary of the Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Center on Friday, the Health Department organized a block-level health fair at CHC, Barsar. 736 people got their health check-ups done. In the health camp, people got multispecialty medical facilities including X-ray, Ultrasound, ECG, Free medicines, Health ID card, Ayushman Bharat card, Diabetes, Hypertension, Cataract, Tele-consultation, and Oral cancer. On the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, the Block Level Health Fair was inaugurated by BJP District President and former MLA Baldev Sharma to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.
He said that strong health service and a strong nation are the slogan and resolutions of our popular Prime Minister Narendra Modi. By organizing the health fair, people were made aware to prevent serious diseases. Doctors examined people as well as to prevent diseases.
