Paris Hilton made a big announcement on Tuesday, January 24. Her dream of becoming a mother has come true as she and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed a baby boy via surrogate. Sharing a sweet photo on Instagram of her newborn son’s tiny fingers holding onto hers, Hilton captioned the post, “You are already loved beyond words.”
Many of Hilton’s famous friends, including Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan, Heidi Klum, and Naomi Campbell, expressed their excitement and congratulations in the comment section of her post. Kardashian, Hilton’s former stylist, commented, “So happy for you guys.”
Garcelle Beauvais, who starred alongside Paris’ mother, Kathy Hilton, on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, posted well wishes. “So happy for all of you, what a fortunate baby!” Ashley Benson, another longtime friend of Paris, commented, “Love you.”
Hilton has been very open about her desire to start a family with Reum. In an appearance on The Bellas podcast in April 2022, the media personality got candid about the subject. “We have talked about kids since the beginning, from the first few months of dating. Twins would be amazing! I mean, we want to have three or four kids!”
In November 2022, Hilton revealed that she was undergoing IVF treatments, saying, “IVF is always a journey, but we’re so fortunate to have lots of healthy embryos ready and waiting to be part of our Cutesy Crew!” She added, “I’m sure everyone knows I have a hectic work schedule that involves lots of travel, but nothing would make me happier than becoming a mom in 2023!”
A source close to the couple commented, “Paris is overjoyed and has always dreamed of being a mother. Her friends and family are thrilled for her and know she will be the best parent.”
Hilton and Reum have been married since November 2021. The reality star and the venture capitalist wed in a lavish ceremony at her grandfather’s former Bel Air Estate. This is the first child for both of them, and the couple is yet to reveal the baby boy’s name.
