Journaling is a great way to get all of your feelings out, chronicle your life, or log your gratitude. While it can be intimidating to get started, keeping a journal can be a very fulfilling process. Severine Keimig has been journaling for the past 10 years, so she wants to share just how powerful the practice can be for the world.
Severine Keimig is a model who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals through self-reflection. She is currently working on a guided self-improvement journal that she plans to release near the end of this year. “Journaling has made a huge difference in my life,” said Severine. “It’s helped me find the correct path for myself and made me reflect on all of the things that I want and don’t want in my life.” Going over your day and reflecting on what it meant to you and how you can be grateful for it is one of the ways that she thinks journaling can be helpful. “I aim to improve myself every day,” she said. “I want to be better. One of the most powerful ways that helps me realize how to do this is through reflecting on myself and my actions while I journal.”
Severine is also a huge proponent of the law of attraction. “Once I started writing my goals and dreams down, they all started to come true. If you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hands.” She’s kept a gratitude journal every day for the past 10 years, and it’s really helped her put her life in perspective. “While there’s so much more that I want to achieve, I know it’s important to pay attention to the ways that my life is great right now.”
Severine Keimig loves journaling. She thinks that you might find this form of self-reflection helpful, too.
