Musician, Executive Producer, and Record Executive Michael Brian Succeeds Thanks to Aloha

2 Mins read

Today, Michael Brian is a successful musician, executive producer, and major record executive. He got on the path of success at the young age of 15 when he dropped out of high school. At 31, he can now see that his triumphs were largely due to the aloha spirit.

Michael often likes to share his slogan for life, which is “Spread Aloha. Live and lead with Aloha.” Aloha is a Hawaiian word that is more than just a simple greeting. It means “love and friendship” and can be a guiding mantra for life, which is exactly what Michael has used it for.

Michael was fortunate enough to land his first record deal when he was just 15 years old. He was passionate about music from a young age, and felt driven to pursue it, even if it meant dropping out of high school to do so. It turns out that was the right choice for him because it would put into motion a series of fortunate events that led him to where he is today.

After he went to Hawaii, Michael found out about the Aloha way of life and ended up embodying it. From that point forward, he spread Aloha, lived authentically, and did what he loved. The tremendous power that the Aloha spirit has is something Michael is now a full proponent for.

Throughout his life ever since making that fateful trip to Hawaii, Michael has found the best way to get in touch with the Aloha spirit is to pursue what makes you happy. If you’re not doing so right now, you can create a plan of action that will get you there. For him, it was becoming a musician. However, it also includes getting out into nature and getting in touch with inner peace and clarity. It becomes far easier to know what it is you truly want in life when you do this, according to Michael.

Attributing his success to Aloha is something Michael makes sure to inform others about because he wants them to enjoy the level of success he does. Michael has had major records and partnered with a parent company that has artists like Gunna, Travis Scott and Young Thug. He also has a deal with a label on a year-long retainer. All of these achievements, as well as others, are a result of him living the Aloha way.

Part of what Michael loves about Aloha is the collaboration aspect of it. He enjoys working with others in a way that goes beyond simply being all about business. This has proven to be a prudent strategy for success for him. Hospitality is a major ingredient in his recipe for success, and he has become a professional at helping people feel at home and ease. That is why major artists love working in the recording studio at his compound.

“When I wake up tomorrow morning, let me be a better person so I can help everyone else around me become better.”This guiding mantra has helped Michael achieve the success he enjoys today, which is why he is actively encouraging anyone who will listen to give the Aloha way a try and see what it does for them.
