What inspired him to push forward the most was that he wanted to bring something better for his people besides violence . His hardest song to release was when his sister died and he was locked up in the prison which helped him catch the attention of event organisers, so many people liked the song eventually made people cry.

Today, Mr.KasperYC aces genres including classic boom bap, hip-hop, and trap music.

The artist launched his first video, Norputous die slow in 2011, receiving an overwhelming response. The video also crossed twenty thousand views in the first few weeks of release.

As MrKasperYC, Jose wished to establish a brand that supported artists from various genres and backgrounds. More recently, he launched a company dedicated in promoting and supporting artists across the country.
