Coke Studio Song By Aniruddha Roy ?

Aniruddha Roy, a popular figure of Eastern India. He is a music composer, music producer, multi – instrumentalist and author. He is popular for his Award winning song “Tribe Within” for which he got an international award as the Best artist in EDM/Electronic Genre. He is an independent artist from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Though, he doesn’t belong to a musical family but his knack towards music by god’s grace made him popular. Born in a Middle Class Hindu Joint Family in Jamshedpur, Aniruddha has always dreamed of doing something which is not mainstream. Though he has¹ completed his Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT). In order to achieve his dream, he learnt piano/keyboard formally in Sangeet Samaj, a music academy in Jamshedpur under Mr. K. Rao. 

Aniruddha stated “Friends are the lifelines other than parents. If you have a genuine friend then your dream becomes his/her dream and he/she will be there for you to make you succeed.” According to him, he has a small group of friends but they are the one who have encouraged him, motivated him that he can do it, he too can make music. 

In 2020, his dedication towards music paid off and he won the best artist in EDM/Electronic Genre in DJOOKY Music Awards from India. He became the first Indian to won this title.

In 2021, he started collaborating with other artists but his priorities are to make music with his friends who are also singers and musicians. He and his friends Swapnil Roy Chowdhury & Snigdhadeep Nag has decided to produce a song which would be a Classical one but with a modern touch (Fusion) just like Coke Studio Songs. The Song named “Sach Ki Talash” is a Indie Rock Song that has a Indian root with the flavour of Western soundscapes that includes symphony and electronic. This song was sung by four singers namely Swapnil Roy Chowdhury, Sougata Paul Choudhury, Asmita Banerjee and Ahana Ghosh, and the music production was done by Aniruddha Roy and Snigdhadeep Nag. This song is released on the occasion of World Music Day on 21st June 2021 and it is available in all major platforms such as Spotify, Gaana, Wynk, Hungama, Amazon Music, Apple Music, Jiosaavn, Youtube, etc.

According to Aniruddha, this song was recorded back in 2016 but this song still has the potential to impress the listeners.
