Mike Bahun, the founder and CEO of Coaching Matters and Fundraising University, along with mental performance coach Brian Cain, are thrilled to announce a highly-anticipated new season of the Coaching Matters Master Class development program, a 12-month coaching series tailored for elite coaches, business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Beginning July 15, 2024, the Coaching Matters Master Class, sponsored by Fundraising U, will transition to an electrifying on-stage format, promising an immersive, energetic and inspiring experience like never before.

Coaching Matters is offering a free subscription for the first 100 participants who join by clicking here.

Mike Bahun and Brian Cain will partner for the series after hosting numerous events together over the years. The duo also have a successful podcast called Coaching Matters that launched three years ago and streams across multimedia platforms.

Bahun was a collegiate baseball standout who played professionally and later became a highly respected coach and pro scout. He founded Fundraising University and Coaching Matters Foundation and is currently the Director of Player Development and Leadership for the baseball program at The Ohio State University.

Meanwhile, Brian Cain is the world’s leading mental performance coach, with a stellar track record of working with top athletes, including four Cy Young Award winners and MLB and NCAA World Series Champions. He’s also a bestselling author.

“Coaching Matters represents a culmination of my passion for athletics and entrepreneurship,” says Bahun. “With this Master Class program, we aim to provide entrepreneurs with the tools and insights needed to achieve their fullest potential in both their professional and personal endeavors.”

Coaching Matters is a foundation that champions coaches and business leaders as community heroes, offering education, recognition, and impactful discussion. The organization has designed a transformative, interactive training system designed to elevate leaders in their personal and professional lives.

The Coaching Matters Masterclass series will focus on four fundamental principles crucial for success in both business and life: organizational skills and time management, mental performance and mindset, sales training and entrepreneurial finance.

Bahun, a distinguished figure in baseball coaching and entrepreneurship, is the cornerstone of this series. With a remarkable 20-year tenure in fundraising, Mike’s leadership at Fundraising University has spearheaded initiatives that have raised over $300-plus million for schools.

His achievements include establishing Fundraising University as a franchise system in 2020, earning prestigious accolades from Entrepreneur magazine, and leveraging his expertise as a baseball developmental coach at Ohio State.

“People ask me how I do it all,” Bahun shared. “But it doesn’t feel like work when it’s something you love.”

The Coaching Matters Master Class series offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to engage in immersive learning, gain practical skills, and unlock their full potential. Participants can expect a dynamic curriculum, personalized guidance, and invaluable insights from industry leaders, making this series a must-attend for anyone striving for success in today’s competitive landscape.

“Coaching Matters is not just a program or class; it’s a transformative interactive training system designed for entrepreneurs, coaches and athletes who want to take their business and life to the next level,” said Bahun. “We help people develop a powerful mindset while positively impacting their community.”

Coaching Matters Branding Relaunch Is Underway

The start of the on-stage series for Coaching Matters marks an exciting time for the organization.

The foundation recently launched a new logo, and Coaching Matters will start rolling out fresh motivational content this summer across social media platforms to symbolize the foundation’s commitment to growth, development and excellence.

Social media posts will include inspirational messages from top athletes and coaches nationwide, authors, media personalities, business owners, entrepreneurs, and mental performance coaches. In addition, Bahun and Cain will add motivational quotes and personal tidbits throughout the week to encourage and empower followers to focus on essential qualities for growth and success, including organizational growth, goal setting, people skills and mindset.

The organization’s vibrant new logo symbolizes Coaching Matters’ unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential.

Through innovative initiatives and strategic partnerships, the organization remains steadfast in its commitment to empowering individuals and teams to achieve greatness.

“I’m thrilled to start the Coaching Matters on-stage series and look forward to bringing fresh insights to people each day across social media platforms,” says Bahun. “There has never been a better time for people to invest in their future, and I will teach those in the class how to scale their business, work less and get more done in 90 days. This will give them more freedom to spend time with their families and do more things they love.”

It’s time to step into a world of impact and growth with Coaching Matters.
