By earning a gold medal in Trap Men Junior Shooting, Shaurya Bhosale makes name for himself

When someone says they’re going to a championship game, it’s assumed that they’ll be playing some sports like cricket, hockey, or cycling. This is because often sports like archery, shooting, javelin, etc are not given so much importance. Despite this, there are still some people who are passionate about these sports and have kept them alive. There are many such sports enthusiasts out there who are dedicated to receive training under the supervision of their instructors in order to pursue their goals. Shaurya Bhosale is one such guy who defied the odds and made a name for himself by winning a gold medal in Trap Men Junior Shooting.

At the tender age of just 13, Shaurya has made himself and his parents proud. On the 25th Captain S.J. Ezekiel Memorial Maharashtra State Shooting Championship Shotgun Novices 2022, which was held at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex Balewadi Stadium, Pune, Maharashtra. Shotgun Shooting Range Shaurya Bhosale bagged the first position and brought home a gold medal. This is not the first time that he has done something so incredible, even in school he used to practise many sports and as a result of his sheer determination, he got selected for a national-level competition which was held in Italy. Talking about his experience, Shaurya says, “It gives me immense happiness and a sense of accomplishment when I look at how far I have come. I hope I stay focused till the very end and achieve even more things in life.”

Sharing his thoughts on his son’s achievements, Shourya’s father Ajay Bhosale shares, “Shourya has been involved in athletics since he was a child, and even at that age, he knew how to organise his time and keep a to-do list. He aced the shooting championship, thanks to his and his coach Hemat Balwadkar’s efforts. The feeling that I get when people come to me praising Shaurya is unexplainable. I want to be there for him no matter what since I don’t ever want him to feel alone on his path. ”

Shourya Bhosale has set inspiration and an example through his achievements and success stories at such a tender age. If you ever have even the slightest doubt over your potential then just look up to his story and get motivated. Always remember if you constantly work towards something then there is no power in this world that can stop you.
