2 Mins read

Sushmita Mukhia, an excellent Yoga Enthusiast is a strong believer in Yoga and Ayurveda. She believes in the supremacy of the outstanding Yoga routines and Ayurveda techniques from ancient India over any other alternative presently available in the market. The combination of Yoga and Ayurveda goes hand in hand for ages and the quality served is unmatched. As a child, she was never interested in yoga and whenever she was asked to workout by her grand mother, she made excuses and ran away. But later on, she developed health problems and had to start working out and yoga regularly. This time, she took it seriously and did it with all her dedication. She developed interest for yoga and was highly influenced by the routine, wanting to share the importance of it with all the people.

Influenced by the powers and effective qualities of Yoga and Ayurveda, she decided to pursue a professional course of teacher training course in Rishikesh and then started her Yoga and related practice classes. She has also started two Yoga studios, one at Seawoods and another in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. Professionally guiding her students to go for Yoga routines and guiding them to understand the importance and benefits of leading a healthier life, she is a very bright personality to get inspired from. Helping people understand the importance of stress-free life and the richness of the valuable assets of our country, she inspires people to not waste time and money on something which does not ensure results, but rather do something worth their time and effort.

Sushmita was facing the same problems with stress and bad health situations. She was a banker and was consistent and devoted towards her job as she did not realize that she was quite exhausted from inside and gradually symptoms of a bad metabolism, gastric irritation, and even the suspicion of stones showed up and she was all stressed about both her health and work now. Anyway, she decided to move on with her job but things got worse. She was a working person, living in a hostel so the chance of someone looking after her was not there, and consulting many doctors about her health problems only resulted in making her more stressed.

All of it was such a negative influence on her life and that’s when she started following a Yoga, a good work routine and Ayurveda combined as a friend suggested to her and she saw a gradual development in her health status. Sushmita changed her short Yoga Routine to be a full-time Yoga Enthusiast. Not to mention her interest in Yoga and Ayurveda, she decided to make people aware of the benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda, how the routine should be in order to efficiently fulfill the daily workout needs and how never ending benefits a person gets by starting a Yoga Routine.
