Meet Jordan Billham, the 23-year-old chef who has taken the internet by storm and become the biggest Gen Z food creator with over 708,000 followers on Instagram and 551.5k on TikTok. Known as “The Notty Chef,” Jordan has quickly made a name for himself in the food industry with his unique and innovative vegan recipes.

Jordan’s passion for cooking began at a young age when he won several cooking competitions at school, despite competing against older students. He went on to attend Westminster Kingsway College, the same college as celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. During his time there, he honed his skills and developed his own style of cooking.

After college, Jordan completed an apprenticeship at the Hotel Café Royal, a prestigious 5-star grand hotel in London, under the guidance of Chef Armand Sablon. It was here that he learned the importance of attention to detail and the highest standards of cooking. Jordan’s hard work and dedication paid off when he won the prestigious Roux Scholarship. The Roux Scholarship is an award given by two of the most renowned chefs in history, Albert Roux and Michel Roux. Winning this award is a great achievement and a testament to Jordan’s talent and skill in the kitchen.

In addition to his impressive resume, Jordan has also worked with Cyrus Todiwala, a renowned chef who has received a Michelin Bib Award. But Jordan’s true claim to fame came with his social media presence. Through his social media accounts, he has been able to share his love for food with a wider audience and showcase his unique recipes. His followers have grown to over 708,000, making him the biggest Gen Z food creator in the world.

Jordan’s recipes are not only delicious but also visually stunning. He incorporates a mix of traditional and modern cooking techniques to create dishes that are both innovative and comforting. He often uses fresh and locally sourced ingredients, and his dishes reflect his love for his craft and his passion for food. In a world where social media is king, Jordan Billham has proven that talent and hard work can still take you a long way. He has become an inspiration to many young people who dream of making it in the food industry, and his success is a testament to the power of following your passion.
