About the Story ‘Prisoner’s Daughter’ :

Swathi, a teenage girl, is the protagonist of the story. Swathi discovers that her father is still alive and serving a long sentence in Viyoor Jail on a gorgeous day. Swathi’s mother, Komal, has been waiting for Das, Swathi’s father, to be released from prison.

Komal isn’t sure if her husband suspects her of infidelity, and she’s also unaware of her daughter’s shady behavior.

About Author Rajan V Kokkuri :

 Rajan is a Lead Engineering Designer by profession and works with leading Engineering Co. Worley in Muscat.

Rajan wrote a touching story of the name ‘My Story’ in The Logical Indian social website in 2017. It was based on the true life of a couple who lived on the footpath near Sree Guruvayoor Temple.

Rajan’s writing journey took a dramatic turn when he wrote a 1000-word story on demand for the Leading UK Blog WorthingFlash. Rajan has published his 1st book by name ‘I REMAIN FOREVER YOURS’ in March 2019. Rajan was influenced by award-winning authors and published in a collection of short stories by the name ‘MY PRECIOUS DREAMS’ in August 2020.

Rajan has Co-authored of many Anthology book projects. Rajan’s book interview and book review has been featured in the LitereatureLight Magazine 2020. Rajan’s Malayalam audio story by the name ‘Ammaku Vendi’ was featured on a Facebook page of Muscat Arts and has more than 9.7K views. Rajan also holds the Middle East Malayalam Division Convenor of World Malayalee Federation and enjoys social/cultural activities.
