So when I had been struggling during my thirties, a decision just had to be made. Either continue feeling low like I did back then, or change. I had to change my mind-set first.
It all started when my mother’s friend gave her the first Herbalife shake, that I had to prepare every day for my mum, as she was sitting in a wheelchair for over 30 years already, after a stroke knocked on our door, when she was just 3 months pregnant with me. So as you can imagine it was a great change seeing my mother feel better week by week and getting into shape. *
That day, I took the decision to start my own journey and explore more on what is possible. Getting out doing more sports and using the incredible Herbalife products daily. It has completely transformed my vision and lifestyle.

*Consumers who use Herbalife Formula 1 twice per day as part of a healthy lifestyle can generally expect to lose around 0.5 to 1 pound per week. Participants in a 12-week, single-blind, study used Formula 1 twice per day (once as a meal and once as a snack) with a reduced calorie diet and a goal of 30 minutes of exercise per day.
