Palubhai Gadhavi, known as Bhajananandi, is a social worker, musician, businessman and politician who has devoted his life to social contribution to the world. As a founder of The Bhajananandi Foundation, who has pledged to work towards public awareness. Protecting the Environment is another excellent work done by Palubhai Gadhavi. He says as a human being, it’s our responsibility to protect our environment. He says, “It is essential for our environment to stay clean and life-sustaining. 

Unfortunately, this is not the case. Our own deeds are damaging the environment we live in. There is an urgent need to take proactive measures for environmental protection and involve the younger generation in it.”

Currently, he is working on many burning problems, including freshwater conservation. He has done an excellent job of Water conservation. He includes all the policies, strategies, and activities to sustainably manage the natural resource of fresh water, protect the hydrosphere, and meet current and future human demands.

His contributions towards the society have been the limelight of his career. He is also known for his service to humanity and works for the improvement of the condition of underprivileged music artists. A true devotee of God and music has proved his active participation in the upliftment of the surroundings. He says, “There are many young artists in Gujrat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, etc., who cannot showcase their talents because of lack of training, support, or not getting the perfect platform. In the music world”.

As a responsible citizen, he says,” I want to support all the young musicians to achieve their goals and singers of all castes and communities are given free training in music and hymns without any discrimination, and the accommodation and meal of these trainees are also provided free of cost. “Words might fall short for Palubhai because his dedication to helping vulnerable people and communities work through challenges is genuinely commendable. 

Based at the heart of Kutch, Bhachau, and Gujrat, Bhajanandani has been recognized for his outstanding works by the government. Being an all-rounder, his day-to-day work involves:

  • Assessing people’s needs.
  • Strengths.
  • Wishes and weaknesses.
  • Working with individuals and families directly to help them make changes and solve problems.
  • Organizing support.
  • Making recommendations or referrals to other services and agencies.
  • Keeping detailed records.

He stated, “Social workers affect people’s lives and recognize larger pictures related to an equivalent society where human rights are respected and protected and have decided that all my life, I will dedicate myself to this world.”

He is also a trustee of various organizations like “Alchemy Manav Vikash Trust”, “Late Arjan Kanji Pujara (Thcker) Smark Charitable Trust”, “Dhan-Vallabh Charitable Trust” and “Shri Mota Bhadia Gram Vikash Samitee”, The Vice President of “Param Pujya Sant Shri Niranjanbapu Education & Charitable Trust”. A member of “Shree Dan Mitra Mandal-Bhopal (Ahmedabad)”. The Director of “DRL Cargo Carriers Pvt. Ltd”, The Regional Manager of “Aarti Group of Industries-Kutch Area”.

The list just doesn’t end, clearly showing his multipotentiality and tireless work ethics for society. Lastly, he believes, “Together we the people achieve more than any single person could ever do alone.
