A new lawsuit has been filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, further complicating his ongoing legal battles. A woman referred to as Jane Doe has accused the rapper—currently incarcerated—of repeatedly abusing her over four years, according to a complaint obtained on Friday. The woman stated that she first met Diddy in 2020 and claimed she became pregnant during their interactions, but unfortunately experienced a miscarriage later on.
The lady, backed by lawyer Joseph L. Ciaccio, asserted that Diddy invited her on an expense-paid trip during their first encounter, which happened abroad. She claims that during 2021 and 2022, she often visited the music mogul’s homes in Miami, New York, and Los Angeles. She said that Diddy used “coercive and harassing language” to force her visits despite the opulent offers, including sending drivers to her house as a form of intimidation.
Claims of Physical and Emotional Abuse
In the lawsuit, alarming reports of physical assault are detailed. The unidentified woman stated that she was bitten on the feet and woke up in the spring of 2022 with purple bruises from her interactions with Diddy. During one instance in July 2022, she said that Diddy would drug-spike her beverages with ketamine, causing her to pass out. The complainant claimed that shortly after this purported encounter, she learned she was pregnant.
The lady also said that after learning she was pregnant, Diddy’s associates put pressure on her to end the pregnancy. They harassed her, and she feels that is what caused her miscarriage.
Ongoing Harassment and Legal Action on Diddy
There are also claims of ongoing harassment in the complaint. The “I will Be Missing You” artist allegedly kept in touch with Jane Doe via phone calls and texts up until July 2024. She said that these acts gave her cause for concern for her safety because she thought Diddy was following her about and keeping an eye on her communications to make sure she kept quiet about the alleged assault.
The woman is suing Diddy for an undisclosed sum of money, claiming she suffered physical pain, emotional distress, and financial loss as a result of their contact. Diddy’s representatives have not yet addressed these most recent accusations.
